After the amazing world record breaking success that was last year's national family week we are delighted we have been invited back to Eldon Square for more fun and games.
So come and join us for half term at various locations around Eldon Square where we will be collecting on the malls and providing fun workshops and activities to help celebrate family life in the UK!
It's all happening down at Eldon Square on National Family week! We hope to see you all there!

Monday 31st May 2010 - Family Picnic Day (Picnic @ noon)
Come and meet our mascot Smurf and his brother Marley who are the cutest mini Shetland ponies in the world and will be giving pony and trap rides. Enjoy face painting, t-shirt design and giant games of skittles and snakes and ladders.
FREE ice cream for all picnickers courtesy of the Marble Slab Creamery....Yummy!

Wednesday 2nd June 2010 - Saras Design Workshop We will be hosting a design your own t-shirt and design a poster for Sara's Walk of Hope with a fabulous prize for the winner.
Friday 4th June 2010 - Eldon's Got Talent Eldon Square in association with Metro Radio and Saras Hope Foundation is on the look out for some wannabe stars. The winning act will receive a fabulous prize get a one off opportunity to perform on the same bill as TV and West End star Jonathan Wilkes and Blue's Antony Costa at Saras Birthday ball @ the Hilton Hotel Newcastle/Gateshead on Saturday 23rd October !
In addition there will be a bumper bag of goodies and Eldon Square gift cards to be won.

The standard of the acts was really high and the judges had a real problem choosing the winners....but after much deliberation we are pleased to announce that the winning act were Decote Dance from Whitley Bay. "The girls were amazing and we are delighted to have these talented girls performing at Sara's Birthday ball in October." - Ged Hoburn
Runners up who will receive Eldon Square vouchers were .... Notorious and Olivia Morley.
