Saras Hope Foundation is proud to have such generous celebrity friends as Antony Costa, Amanda Lamb, Bill Nelson, Coleen Nolan and Ray Fensome.
I am so proud and honoured to be a patron of Sara’s Hope Foundation. Never in a million years did I imagine when I took Ged and Julie to Crete for A Place in the Sun that they would start a charity that will bring such joy to so many families. Having a child is one of life’s most precious gifts and from the moment they are placed into your arms there is an overwhelming urge to protect them. We all hope and pray our children will grow up happy and healthy.
Antony Costa took part in the 2011 charity series of Celebrity Mastermind and has chosen to donate his appearance fee to Saras Hope Foundation. The sum should be in the region of £2,750. Thank you so much for your support, you will be making a huge difference to the lives of children living with cancer.
It’s an honour to be a part of this great charity!! and I hope that we can all raise enough money to make peoples dreams come true! All my love Antony xx”
I’ve known Ged and Julie Hoburn for quite some time now. They’re both loyal fans of my music and Ged has helped me tremendously as a much appreciated member of my annual ‘Nelsonica’ fan convention team.
When I first heard the story of Ged and Julie’s daughter’s struggle with cancer, I was moved by the courage the whole family had shown.
Coleen Nolan and Ray Fensome
